Required qualifications:
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong phone, computer, and data entry skills
  • Availability to work schedules between 8am and 12 am
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Proficiency in spoken English and French is an asset but not required
