An established family delicatessen located at 7509 Yonge Street, Thornhill, Ontario specializing in International and European-style meats & cheeses requires a This is a full time position in which the incumbent willbe responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Cheese Department. Applicants must have:

• in-depth knowledge of European cheeses and cheese products
• a proven track record ofsales and management in the industry
• a minimum of 4 to 5 years of working experience with a wide variety of European cheeses and cheese products
• demonstrated leadership qualities
• the ablilty to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English
• a personable, service-oriented approach

Salary: $23.50 per hour based on a 40 hour work week
